Squash Casserole

3 cups chopped yellow squash
1/2 cup chopped onion
Cook until soft in a small amount of water. (Drain)

Add 1 can mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons melted margarine
1 cup crushed herb stuffing
salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a casserole dish and top with additional herb stuffing

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
